The footer is now a bit more consistant and has links to the Insurrection and Subversion projects (when generated from XML & XSLT) The HTML/Perl generated pages now always show either the user who is logged in or "anonymous" if there are no credentials needed for the access. (I have not yet gotten this into the XSLT since it will require a change to the XML DTDs in order to pass this information and that is not always possible.)
